This is a wonderful, vintage Seal/Signet ring, crafted from a strong and buttery 18ct Gold.    It features a beautiful engraving of a gothic cross with trefoil arms, a crown and what looks like a building of some sort.

It is weighty at 7.22g and it is a UK size N, US size 6 3/4.   It could be re-sized by your local jeweller.  It is fully hallmarked for 18ct Gold, Birmingham and the year 2003, making it vintage. It also has its makers mark; B. M. S

The trefoil (from the Latin trifolium, meaning, 'three-leaved plant') has been adorned on jewellery in the past to symbolise perpetuity, with the three leaves representing the past, present and future. It is also sometimes a symbol of fertility and abundance. In Christian contexts it is used as a symbol for the Holy Trinity: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

This vintage seal ring is in perfect condition and would make a very practical ring to wear on a daily basis.
